This is a "Bare Bones" reporting form, that takes your information, and directs it to all of the MARCA Site Managers, giving the most exposure and quickest response. You will need to include some basic information, such as; What are you Reporting? [ie Repeater, Observation, Comment, Suggestion, etc] ; Repeater ID [ie W7MOT-## and/or Location and/or Frequency]; Date and Time; your location when observing the problem; mobile or fixed; RF Power; your antenna; signal report; weather conditions; etc.... It is noted that problems are impacted by many variables of both the user/observer and the repeater site. At your option: you may include your contact information (mobile or email) and it never hurts to provide your name & call.
